RESERVATIONS

Hire of The Barn for a wedding costs £2500 and includes:

Tables and chairs for up to 100 guests

Toilet facilities

Access to The Barn from 9am the day before your wedding, the wedding day itself until midnight and also the day after, for clearing up.

Parking for up to 40 cars

Use of the charming barn courtyard area

What you can do:

Decorate The Barn with your own wedding theme (remember you have access to The Barn the day before your wedding).

Lay out the tables exactly as you wish to suit your reception ideas

Decorate the courtyard as you wish

What you must do:

Vacate the Barn by midnight: Music must stop at 11.30pm.

Arrange to clear and tidyThe Barn up the day after your wedding

Make sure that no damage is caused to the facilities and hire items

What we will do:

Arrange the cleaning of the toilet facilities

Help you find a good photographer and other professionals to organise your perfect day.

Always try to help you out with reasonable requests.

Terms and Conditions

Upon receiving a completed booking form, a deposit of £750 will be payable: This will not be refundable under any circumstances (after all, in accepting your booking, we promise not to offer The Wedding Barn to anyone else for the same date and will lose the opportunity to have a replacement booking if you cancel).

12 calendar weeks before your wedding reception, a further payment of £1000 will be required, which will leave a balance of £750 which must be paid at the time we hand The Barn over to you, the day before your wedding.

The Barn is to be left in exactly the same condition as when the hire started: In hiring, you accept the responsibility for damage to any of the facilities, premises or hire items must be paid for.
