What you can do:
Decorate the barn with your own wedding theme (remember you have access to the barn before your wedding).
Layout the tables exactly as you wish to suit your reception ideas
Decorate the courtyard as you wish to celebrate your wedding

What you must do:
Vacate the Barn by 23.30 hrs: Any music must stop at 23.15 hrs (as is a working dairy farm, we have early start’s at 5.00 am, 24/7 !)
We also need to respect our neighbours who live in the lane.
Arrange to clear and tidy up the barn up after your wedding
Make sure that no damage is caused to the premises, facilities and/or hire items (any damages must be paid for)

What we will do if requested:
Help you find a good photographer and other professionals to organise your perfect day, inc caterer’s, florist, event coordinators etc
We will always try to help you out with reasonable requests.

Extras you can ask us for:
Rental of farm props for your special day, inc table cloth’s, bunting, hay & straw bales etc
Camping for wedding guests is available Friday and Saturday night (make a weekend of it!)

Terms and Conditions
Upon receiving a completed booking form, a deposit will be required to hold the date for you: This will not be refundable under any circumstances 28 days after the deposit has been received (in accepting your booking, we promise not to offer The Wedding Barn to anyone else for the same date and will lose the opportunity to have a replacement booking if you cancel).
12 calendar weeks before your wedding reception (84 days), a further payment will be required, balance to be paid at the handover of The Barn to you, the day before your wedding.
The Barn is to be left in exactly the same condition as when the hire started: In hiring, you accept the responsibility to pay for damage caused by your guests to any of our premises, facilities or hired items.
